At Home Detox Tea Recipe

This recipe is for a detox tea to help you reduce bloating and lose weight. If you are detoxing, this tea will help you do so. For this tea recipe to work properly, you need to ensure you are drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water a day. Drink at least 10oz of this tea daily for proper results, you can always drink more.

 

Recipe ingredents:

1 Bag of Dandelion Root Tea

1 oz of Cranberry Juice

Note: this has to be 100% cranberry juice, not from concentrate.

2 tablespoons of lemon juice 

Note: this has to be from a fresh squeezed lemon or from real lemon juice, not from concentrate.

You can use any brand of these ingredients, just ensure that they are the most natural form of the product.

 

Recipe Directions:

Note: you can serve this hot, room temperate or make a big batch and keep it in the refridgerator for a few days.

  1. Boil water then add tea bag. Allow tea bag to brew.
  2. Add Cranberry Juice and Lemon Juice.
  3. Drink and Enjoy

This maybe extremely tart in taste, if you absolutely have to sweeten, please use agave or organic honey.
